NIGHT VISION by Mike ~ The stars came down on us that night creating a low ceiling, We tasted mists of morning reeling through the pines. A spark from some untended pyre burned truly in the middle air. Once stoked finely by the host of human tread, It bled, refined into a rapier before our eyes. We strained to grasp the pattern of its flight But lost our vision to the fading night. Written by Mike.......

PostSunday morning

Taking it easy today as I overdid things yesterday in the charity shop. I'm hopeless really as I don't like to give in even when my body is telling me I should. Now I'm paying for it today I'm crippling around like an old biddy ( no rude remarks please )

Hi Adele & Cath

Thanks for the good wishes . I'm sure I will be okay again once I rest up a bit. Despite my disabilities I was brought up to be very independent. Ive coped with having & bringing up three children etc etc but now I'm getting older I'm having more problems & just hate giving in
