I'm a little bit worried about my cat 'Alfie' he's not eating and he's taken to lying around. Is it just his age, he's 13 now. Is that old for a cat...? What's their average life expectancy...?

Aww,think that's pretty old for a cat Simon...I'd phone the vet or PSDA and ask their opinion,it'll put your mind at rest..

Hope Alfie is okay Simon. Ive just lost my cat as she had a stroke I'm not sure how old she was as she belonged to neighbours who moved and left her behind some years ago!!!!!!!!!!! My daughters cat is around the age of 14 years and still ok.
