STAND ALONE BY SUNSHINE

I stand alone on the hill doing my masters will
My light shines out to give a warring shout
Stay away from the cliff the rocks are near
Don't come to close don't lose your life here

Faithfully I watch for you night and day
To keep you safe and help you on your way
I can be seen from afar you will see my light where
ever you are my master keeps me clean and bright

To save your souls is my delight
Life can be lonely here on the hill
As long as I am needed my light will shine still
Men come and go in ships to and fro

The waves get higher and spash about
So look out for the light and hear me shout
Stay away form the cliff the rocks are near
And you know fine captain you will be safe here

For the love that was once mine
The petals on the rose so sweet and tender
Now fall like tears in December

The pain that broke us apart
Now takes over my lonely heart
The love that was once can never be again
You have gone for ever

Your beauty has withered with age
Your heart has stopped beating
Your life has been taken from my page
I am a book without a cover

A night without a star I long to hold you
My darling wherever you are
The music plays the memories flow
The tears fall but the pain wont go

Now loneliness is all that I know
You come to me in dreams just like the past
But dreams come and go to fast
And I know only memories last

LIFE


Life is like a flower they
both start out as seed and
When they are fed and watered
They have everything they need
Filled with love and nourishment
They are sent from God above
And when they are ready they
come to us with love

Then Gods true plan is exsposed
Soft like a petal on a lovely living rose
They bring so much joy much more
joy than we can know
As we watch with pleasure as
we see these small things grow
Because we are Gods care givers
We care for what he sows

And life goes on each day
with the love that he bestows
Life is Gods gift to the world
It comes in many forms
My favorite is a baby
I can hold it in my arms
But the beauty of a rose
with its perfume from above
Sented by the angels and
given to us with love
