Hi everyone, I've only just discovered this page! I'd just like to say a big thanks to Maggie and everyone involved with running Poetry & Friends Group. I really enjoy my time on here posting poetry and stories and reading other members work too. I agree it would be great to meet up with other members one day, to put a face to the familiar names.

Yes it would be fun to all meet up. Maybe we should pick a time and a place in the spring. Ill wear a red carnation so everyone will recognise me Very Happy Thomas can bring the naughty chair, Cath can carry a copy of the quiz, Bob can bring his clicker., Gypsy her beans, Maggie can wear her hat.Merlin his crystal ball Oh I could go on and on. :rofl :rofl :rofl

Well I, for one, have always wanted to go to Egypt--and I can't imagine a better bunch to meet up with there! So, when should I book that flight?? Very Happy
