Mans Greed

This world was born in a blast of light,
Sad that man, should soon lose sight.
Of those who are suffering, needlesly,
Of mans great greed, of those in need.

This planets change, is trying to tell,
That some still live in a living hell.
Some, just simply turn their head.
It's not my fault, you have no bread.

Before to long, they will all be dead.
What's the use, I've heard it said.
Man, take note of what you do,
You still have time, you know you do.

Mankind take heed of what happens here,
Time will come when men will sneer.
It was not me, it was my peer.
But heads will roll, its time to fear.

Please save this planet, a great creation.
Save those hungry, and in starvation.
Give the chance of life, of living.
A bright new world, a new beginning.
