BEAUTIFUL NIGHT by Sunshine - Its dark and cold not much light So I find my joy in the sky to night A big round moon with his face so bright Giving us warmth on this winter night Beautiful stars that sparkle and shine All most stand still as if lost in time Such a beautiful place this world can be If we look around the wonders we see Night has its beauty as much as the day The silence a bonus as we here the trees sway And as the world sleeps I await the new day Praying and dreaming of love ones far away. ~ Written by Sunshine.......

Why not come and join us at Poetry and Friends, we are a very friendly group and would make you most welcome. As well as poetry we have a Poetry Competition once a month and also a Short Story competition we also run a very easy general knowledge Quiz night once a month on the first Monday of the month in the Chat box, it is great fun....!
